WHEN stated:

Most of the horses shown on this website here have a saddle bag full of skills and abilities. Almost all of our horses come from family environments and that is where we like to place them.  Most of our horses are registered either with the American Quarter Horse Assoc or the American Paint Horse Assoc. or other registry, some have WORLD CLASS pedigrees as well.

Most of our horses have ALSO had the benefit of professional training from both us and from their previous owners. Most have been used either recreationally or professionally by 'regular' folk. We strive to offer only the most talented horses with the most desirable dispositions available. Our horses will either be finished or well on their way: leg yield, side pass, turns on the forehand and haunches, slide stop (if you need it!) neck rein and know their proper leads.  Most will have great 'brakes' and some will do their flying lead changes, most will trail or arena ride quietly, cross water, load, tie ( cross tie, rail & post) and trim, some will clip.   If they don't, we'll tell you exactly how they go - no bs. If you would like us to add a skill, we can do that too!

We take the guess work and unknowns out of horse buying for you.  We want the horse you want too!

We offer THE ONLY CONFIDENCE COURSE CERTIFICATION in the business (that we know of).  You will not find horses like these with the amount of professional training and reputation that comes with them ANYWHERE ELSE!   We cannot 'Guaranty' a Consignment horse owned by someone else unless that owner is willing to do so. NO GUARANTY EXTENDS BEYOND OUR STABLE as we have no idea what might happen to a horse once he or she is put in someone else's trailer, traveled for miles or hours down the California freeway or stabled in a complete new and different environment with new and different feed, owners, riders, pen cleaners, stalls, turnouts, dogs - you get the idea. We welcome as many trial visits to our stable as possible, a professional Veterinarian pre-purchase exam and an evaluation by your trainer if you have one - the more the merrier, we want you to be sure! HOWEVER, we do not offer any 'trials', that is, any horse leaving our property and care and relocating to your/buyer's stable for the purpose of 'trying the horse out'. In rare instances 'trials' may be granted but a separate 'Trial Agreement' AND 'Horse Sales / Purchase Agreement' is required and there are many, many requirements, terms and conditions for same (ex. horse must be paid for in full, horse must be fully insured at prospective buyer's expense, vet exam before and vet exam after trial at expense of prospective buyer, owner / seller written permission and our / Agent's written permission, our / Agent's commission must be paid in full in cash prior to horse departing, etc. etc.

Teresa is a TRIPLE CERTIFIED Trainer & Instructor both Nationally and Internationally. She has been riding, training and selling horses to friends, families and professionals for 20 years.  Teresa honestly represents every horse she sells to the extent she knows the horse and based on the amount of time she has been with the horse, She has a amazing reputation and so do her horses.  If you ever have a problem with a horse you bought from us, give us a call and we may be able to evaluate it for you for free and or design a re-training program as well (restrictions apply) - all of us need a little polishing up or refresher course from time to time - NO horse will stay the same forever, please do not hesitate to call or email.
