Due to popular demand and past experience, we have condensed our Program into a half day, 4 hour intensive
session to eliminate downtime, lunch, breaks, etc and enable us to better focus on and serve the riders & horses.
We are also limiting the number of riders to only 4 to ensure your experience is as productive as possible. We
are also only requiring a minimum of 2 riders (maximum 4) to schedule a clinic so get a couple friends and give us a call.
WE GUARANTY YOUR SATISFACTION* - no one else does that.
Current dates for 2008: Hours are approx. 9am - 1pm flexible(short break in there if you need one)

Currently our Clinic format is completely flexible and unrestricted so as to make this opportunity available to as many

alone a Clinician! If you're not satisfied with your experience at our facility or we don't address and begin resolve your
desired issue with some significant, visible level of improvement - WE WILL REFUND 50% OF YOUR CLINIC FEE or allow
you and the same horse to repeat the clinic one time in the future at no charge.*

Clinic: Terms & Conditions (Subject to change - please check back) Reservations are required for all horses. Full Payment (cash, credit card via Paypal + 5%, checks must be received and cleared 2 weeks prior to clinic) reserves your clinic space and stall - first come, first served. Late registrations with full payment will be put on our waiting list in order payment is received. 50% refund for cancellations received with less than two weeks to clinic date OR apply fully to another Clinic Date within 60 days only . Full refund less a Cancellation Fee of $25 for cancellations received after full payment and prior to two weeks to clinic start date. Registration form & Questionairre are required with payment and Proof of Current Vaccination (4-Way) & West Nile within the last 12 months is required prior to attending clinic (fax to 619-659-9602). Release form required (minors must have Parent' signature onsite). Limited space for overnight parking is available (extra fee possible $30). Included in your Overnight Stall fee if applicable: we will water & feed your horse (once am, once pm - Bermuda & or alfalfa only) and clean your horse's stall once. Insurance regulations restrict us to no dogs on the property. Any dogs present will be put in a kennel until the clinic is fininshed and charged $20 day fee. All guests (auditors, etc. ) on the property require a Guest Fee of ($ currently waived) for adults (does not apply to paid clinic participants), $currently waived any child under 18 yrs) due each clinic day - cash only. Excessively unruly, agressive stallions can not be permitted. Please call us for Private Sessions if desired . Horses may arrive on Fridays after 12 noon - overnight fees apply (NO stable priveleges whatsoever without our Prior Approval, private lessons may be scheduled in advance). Snacks, lunch and beverages may be available onsite. Our Arena and round pen are 'water proof' - we will not cancel for rain. We may cancel and or reschedule for lack of pre-paid registrations in which case you may either re-schedule or request a full refund. All rates, dates and terms are subject to change without notice.
